Amazon now lets you pick up Whole Foods orders from a store in 30 minutes without leaving your car: Arjun Kharpal at CNBC reports that Amazon Prime members can now order groceries from Whole Foods and pick them up from a store within an hour. Subscribers to Amazon’s Prime service can order food from the Prime Now app and choose the pickup delivery option. Then they can drive to the designated Whole Foods store, wait in a reserved parking spot and someone will come and put the groceries in the car. Continue reading…

Amazon wants to hire 237 people to work from home: McKenna Moore at Fortune reports that Seattle-based Amazon is looking to add more than 200 employees to it’s 575,000-person workforce. The work-from-home opportunities allow people based outside of Seattle — and whatever city will house the company’s secondary headquarters — to work for Amazon. The company’s jobs site lists 237 open “virtual” or “work-from-home” positions open to applicants in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and Costa Rica.
