1. Min/Max Automations (Amazon and eBay)
How does it work?
Many sellers choose to automate their Min and Max prices via Dropbox or FTP. Instead of using your RepricerExpress account, you send us the file directly and we’ll upload it for you.
This can be really useful if your supplier’s prices change regularly throughout the day as you’ll be able to update your Min/Max prices accordingly and ensure you’re always selling at an appropriate price.
Cost
Set up is charged as a one-off fee. However, there is an on-going monthly charge of £10/$15/€15 per month for this service. This charge is waived on plans of 50,000 SKUs and higher.
How long to implement?
Within one day.
Customisable settings
You can decide how often the file is uploaded which is set at a minimum of once an hour.
Please note, you need to have a static IP address for FTP automation.
2. Automations: Set to Max Price When Inactive (Amazon only)
How does it work?
If you’re selling on Amazon and a product runs out of stock then it will show as “Inactive” in RepricerExpress — even though you’re back-ordered and buyers can still buy from you.
Using a custom job, we can set your price “At Max” whenever an item is out of stock so that when the product gets back in stock you won’t be priced too low.
Cost
Set up is charged as a one-off fee. However, there is an on-going monthly charge of £10/$15/€15 per month for this service. This charge is waived on plans of 50,000 SKUs and higher.

1-2 hours.

3. Match RepricerExpress and Amazon Min/Max Prices (Amazon only)
How does it work?
We always recommend that sellers set their Min and Max prices in both RepricerExpress and Amazon. If you make any change in RepricerExpress, you need to also make that change on Amazon as Amazon will automatically deactivate your product if it goes below Min price or above Max price.
Some sellers are using our custom job to match their RepricerExpress Min/Maxs and Amazon Min/Maxs.

4. Custom Reports Emailed Daily (Amazon and eBay)
Getting data to where you need it is vital and we can help with custom RepricerExpress reports.
How does it work?
RepricerExpress can supply custom reports via Dropbox, FTP or email on a schedule of your choosing.
Here are some examples of custom reports available with RepricerExpress:
- A report each morning with new products which need Min Max set.
- A report highlighting products that have lost the Buy Box since yesterday.
- A report with a competitor’s prices vs your own.
